As far as I'm concerned, Occupy Wall Street was the story of 2011. This movement was successful in changing the nature of the conversation about wealth in America and cast a bright light on how our nation has gradually become a police state. In 2012, we will find out whether this conversation begins to lead to real change or whether the protests need to get even bigger.
