I am having trouble figuring out why Vice President Biden's comments to NBC's David Gregory this weekend could be controversial in any way whatsoever. Cheney has been lying repeatedly. This is obvious to anyone who has been listening to him and recalls the events of the last 8 years. All Biden did was point this out in as gentle a manner as he could.

Cheney is entitled to his own opinion. He is not entitled to re-write history. He is not entitled to his own facts.

What could possibly be controversial about that? I'd argue that this statement is true for all of us and that we'd do well to remember it (especially when there is ample video footage available to reveal our lies).

Good for Biden! It is about time someone point this out. I just hope the media might learn from his example.
